Ecuavoley

Has its origin from 1930, in Loja – Ecuador.

It is a sport practiced throughout Ecuador and outside of it, a soccer ball number 5 and a net are used as the main implement, which will be located on a field built on any flat surface of 9 meters by 18. At present it is such the prestige of the equavóley that has crossed the border thanks to the migrants being able to see this sport in the United States, Spain, Italy, England.

For example, in some cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona and London ECUAVOLEY is played on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights outdoors or in closed settings such as educational establishments.

Regulation

1.- The Players

Each team will be made up of a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 7, the same ones who will appear properly uniformed using a shirt, shorts, rubber shoes and socks.

Up to four changes may be used with the substitutes, this being the maximum number of changes allowed in each game.

Players will be identified by numbers that must be visible and located on the back.

2.- The Score

Three points will be awarded to the winning team of a match that finishes two sets to love.

Two points will be awarded to the winning team of a match that finishes two sets to one, the loser will be awarded one point.

The team that does not show up for a match will lose by two sets to nil, with the score at 15-0 each set.

3.- The Net

It will be made of linen, nylon, jute or hemp, woven with a 10 cm coqueado.

Its width will be 70 cm. minimum and 80 cm. maximum by 9.50 meters long.

The net in the upper part, as well as in the lower part, is protected as far as possible with a 5 cm strip of canvas. Wide.

7.- Arbitration
